The full set of production line includes: milk collection system, allocation system, net milk and standardization system, homogenization, degasification system, sterilization system, and filling system.
This production line is used for the production of pasteurized milk, yogurt, lactobacillus drinks, and dairy drinks. The complete procedure includes milk collection, water treatment, sugar melting, blending, filtration, homogenization, sterilization, fermentation, and packaging.
UHT Milk Processing Plant: The line produces several types of market milk products (whole milk, skim milk, and standardised milk). Raw milk can be fresh milk or powder milk.
Pasteurization kills pathogens without making the milk 100% sterile, ensuring it is safe to drink while maintaining quality. Homogenization prevents the cream from separating.
Temperature and holding time are critical: typically 72 - 75°C for 15 - 20 seconds. This heat treatment guarantees the destruction of unwanted microorganisms without damaging the product.
