The complete processing system includes milk collection, allocation, standardization, homogenization, degasification, sterilization, and filling systems. Capacity ranges from 500L to 20,000L per hour with flexible packaging options including bottles, sachets, carton boxes, and cups.
This production line is designed for high-quality market milk products such as whole milk, skim milk, and standardized milk. The raw material can be fresh liquid milk or milk powder.
Standardization & Homogenization: Milk is preheated and standardized to specific fat contents (e.g., 1.5% or 3%). Homogenization ensures fat globules are finely distributed to prevent creaming.
Heat Treatment: The milk is pasteurized (typically 72-75°C for 15-20 seconds) to destroy pathogenic bacteria. For extended shelf life, UHT processing is utilized, allowing products to be stored for long periods without refrigeration.
