We provide two options: Integrated cooling tanks for low capacity, or high-efficiency Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE) for continuous high-capacity cooling down to 4ºC.

3. Milk Storage Tank

Full closed SUS304 insulation tanks ensure milk remains spoiled-free. Equipped with temperature sensors, CIP cleaning balls, level flowmeters, and manholes.

4. Milk Pasteurizing System

The core unit comprising a plate pasteurizer, homogenizer, degasser, and centrifuge separator. The homogenizer (20-25 Mpa) maintains emulsion stability, while the degasser extends shelf life. The system kills pathogenic bacteria (E. coli, Bacillus, Listeria) while preserving protein, vitamins, and enzymes.
