The quick-frozen green peas production line is an equipment that realizes the fluidized monomer freezing of fruit and vegetable foods and some seafood. The green peas move on the stainless steel conveyor belt. As the airflow speed increases, the food layer begins to loosen; when the wind pressure reaches a certain value, the green bean particles no longer remain stationary, and part of the particles are suspended upwards, causing the bed to expand and the porosity increases, that is, a fluidized bed is formed.
The fluidized bed is floated by strong cold wind from bottom to top and is in a suspended state. Under the food, all sides of the green beans are circumvented by cold air to realize the rapid freezing of the green beans and form a monomer, so that the frozen green beans can quickly pass through the three stages of cooling, surface freezing, and deep freezing, so as to obtain high-quality quick-frozen food.
