During the production of liquid washing products, the self-suction type AES dissolver can alleviate labor intensity and shorten dissolving time. High-speed mixing is essential when incorporating solids into liquids, especially for difficult-to-wet powders. Mixing under high shear conditions is ideal for particle size reduction, emulsification, and homogenization.

The top mixing frame features a scraper and a stable oar to prevent whirlpool formation. The bottom homogenizer operates at speeds of 0-3300 RPM, ensuring raw materials are fully emulsified.

The anchor agitator rotates slowly clockwise, driving materials along the wall. When the liquid hits the baffles, it changes direction, creating a turnover effect from top to bottom. This ensures complete blending and efficient heat transfer from the jacket to the material.
