The Self-Cleaning Filter system is designed for high-efficiency liquid treatment. It utilizes a spring-loaded bar scraper and rotating brushes to ensure continuous operation without manual intervention.
Filtration: Liquid flows through the inlet into the filter element. Impurities are trapped on the inner surface while clean liquid passes outward through the screen to the outlet.
Cleaning: When pressure differentials reach a set limit, the motor drives horizontal scrapers and brushes to clear the inner surface, pushing debris into a collection chamber.
Discharge: An automatic valve opens at timed intervals to expel waste without interrupting the filtration process.
