Product Description

The Turbo Mixer is an innovative solution that overturns conventional principles, leading technology into a new era for mixers. Liquid/liquid, liquid/powder, or liquid/solid can be mixed effectively in a few minutes or even seconds. Within this processing system, the product can undergo mixing, dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization in a single unit.

Unlike conventional mixers, powder is conveyed through the bottom part of the mixer under vacuum, and the product can be de-aerated in a fully automated process. This design significantly reduces foaming, allowing for the discharge of de-aerated products. Raw material loading time is as short as 2 to 3 seconds, and the agitating time is reduced to just 2 to 3 minutes. Furthermore, it effectively mixes even very high solid content (up to 80%) in both small and large batches.
