What heating methods do your systems support?
We offer multiple options: thermal oil jacket heating, electric heating rods, steam heating, and hot water circulation. Each system includes dual temperature monitoring for stability.
Is it easy to clean the machine when switching materials?
Yes. All internal surfaces are mirror-polished. The tank includes manholes, sampling ports, and optional CIP (clean-in-place) spray heads for fast batch turnaround.
Can I adjust the mixing speed and process parameters?
Absolutely. Our mixers are equipped with frequency inverter controls and PLC + HMI automation, allowing independent speed adjustment for each shaft and full data tracking.
