Product Description

The juice beverage batching system is primarily utilized for the automatic production and batching of various juices, carbonated drinks, RTD (Ready-to-Drink) beverages, and non-carbonated drinks. This comprehensive system integrates high-speed shear mixing tanks, batching tanks, filtration units, homogenizers, instantaneous sterilizers, CO2 mixers, and storage tanks, all managed by a sophisticated control system.

Operational Process Flow

Step 1: Mixing & Shearing - Beverage additives (pectin, juice concentrates, puree) are added to the shear mixing tank. Mixing times are precisely controlled via an intuitive touch screen interface.
Step 2: Automated Batching - Ingredients are pumped to batching tanks where syrup and water are added volumetrically using high-precision flow meters.
Step 3: Filtration & Sterilization - The mixture passes through filters to ensure clarity, followed by fully automatic flash sterilization where temperature and time are monitored to meet predetermined safety standards.
Step 4: Carbonation & Storage - For carbonated drinks, an automatic CO2 mixer is employed. Finished products are moved to storage tanks connected directly to filling equipment.
