It is mainly applicable to pineapple, tomato, peach, apricot, mango, apple, kiwi, strawberry, and other fruit and vegetable materials to pulp, peel, and remove seeds in order to separate the pulp with the residue. Our equipment combines a unique conical screen structure, effectively improving the juice rate by 2% - 3%. Customers can choose single-stage or double-stage pulpers according to their needs and customize the mesh diameter.
The motor is driven by a belt so that the scraper mounted on the spline shaft rotates at high speed. When the fruits enter the machine through the feed inlet, the scraper evenly distributes them to the scraper and screen. Due to rotation and the lead angle, the fruits move along the cylinder to the outlet in a spiral track. The fruits are crushed under centrifugal force when moving between the scraper and sieve. Fruit juice and pulp go through the sieve, while skin and seeds are discharged from the hopper. Pulping speed and results can be controlled by changing the sieve mesh size and adjusting the lead angle.
